Our mission at Quality Building Reports is to perform high quality Pre-Purchase and Pre-Sale Building and Timber Pest Inspections and provide detailed, accurate and understandable reports. These reports assist a purchaser in making the correct decision in purchasing a property.

QBR Profile

Quality Building Reports was started in 1986 when its founder, Norman Thomson, developed a building and timber pest inspection and reporting system that produced thorough, concise and user friendly reports. Prior to 1986 Norman, an award winning builder, spent 27 years in the building industry. QBR has since become the fastest growing Building & Pest Inspection Company in Queensland. All QBR inspectors are licensed Building Inspectors and are members of the Master Builders Institute of Building Consultants and are owner operators with no subcontractors or franchisees. Quality Building Reports provides a totally impartial and confidential Building & Timber Pest Inspection service and does not have any direct affiliation with real estate agents or pest control operators. As independent Consultants we act for you, the client, to ensure that all diagnostic and rectification procedures are both practical and cost effective. We aim to provide an extremely prompt service, subject to access to the property. Reports can be express posted, faxed or emailed direct to you to avoid any delays. All our consultants are fully licensed.
